Celebrity Hairstyles - How Do They Do That?

Okay, so we've all noticed how absolutely perfect celebrities keep their hair. How exactly do they do it? They walk around with their perfect celebrity hairstyles, no fly-aways, and no damage! What's the big secret to their success? To be honest, most of it has to do with their ability to pay people to keep their hair looking great. However, a huge part of it is that celebrities know their looks are their job. They know that keeping their hair looking silky and healthy is a job requirement and could make or break them, and in knowing that they put a lot of effort forth to keep their hair up to perfection.

The secret that most people don't understand though is that celebrity hairstyles are perfectly achievable for us people down here on planet earth! With the right effort and understanding, we can all have great looking hair, not just the celebrities. Perhaps the most crucial part of obtaining celebrity status hairstyles is having healthy hair. This means that you protect your hair from damage, adding the minerals your hair needs, and taking time in perfecting your hair.
Protecting your hair from damage is simple for the most part, it requires some product though. When you're trying to achieve celebrity hairstyles for most that means using flat irons, curling irons, and blow dryers. With all this heat being applied to your hair it is necessary to have a heat processing serum or spray applied prior to the heating, this will help shield your hair from further damage and also keep your hair looking and feeling silky and smooth.

Adding the minerals your hair needs can be kind of tricky. Most people don't know this, but shampooing your hair is actually quite damaging as it strips your hair of the natural oils your scalp produces to keep your hair healthy. The best option when trying to work towards celebrity hairstyles is to get a cleansing conditioner, and skip the whole shampoo part. Cleansing conditioners are made to get rid of the icky bacteria that shouldn't be in your hair without stripping your hair completely. However if you cannot afford a cleansing conditioner, just make sure to condition your hair well and often after shampooing and limit your shampooing to once every other day.
Taking time to perfect your hair is also quite crucial in achieving the celeb look you're going for. This means a lot of things, but most importantly, keeping your hair trimmed. If you can't afford to see a stylist every three weeks, some prefer learning to trim their hair themselves. However, seeing a stylist is probably best for those who can afford it. This will keep your split ends at a minimum and give your hair room to grow. Also, taking time out to comb your hair from the bottom up using only a wide toothed comb as oppose to a bristle brush, that can virtually eliminate breakage and while it may be a bit more time consuming, keep your hair looking even and fresh.
